Logon Attempt Failed
When checking your email using Microsoft Outlook/Outlook
Express you may encounter the following error message:
"No connection could be made because the target
machine actively refused it."
The most common causes of this error are:
- Your email configuration is incorrect.
Reboot your computer, reconnect to the Internet, and try
checking your email again.
Check that your username and password have both been entered
correctly.
Your account may have been suspended due to administrative
