ChiliPepperWeb.net was founded by technical support personnel who understand how important service is to the small business customer. Our goal is not just to provide good service, but to educate our customers about the products and services they are receiving so that they can get the most out of them and avoid being taken advantage of. The information we provide is based on the needs we have perceived from years of supporting hosting and domain customers. We never stop learning and neither should you!

Data Center:

ChiliPepperWeb.net's servers are housed in a Level 3 Communications data center, which is provisioned with multiple OC-192 connections to two or more cities. Backup power is provided by 80-minute battery backups and two or more 1.2 GW diesel generators, 24-hour HVAC with multiple redundant chillers to maintain an optimal computer server environment. All servers receive conditioned power and 24-hour individual monitoring. To guard against line failure or intrusion, the data center is staffed during regular working hours and monitored by a comprehensive security system incorporating biometric hand-scanning for strict access control and video surveillance. No public access is permitted unless accompanied by a data center representative.
